We met at BYU through mutual friends pretty early on in college.

Right around when we graduated, we started texting and decided to hang out. It was timely since I had accepted a job in California and was moving a few weeks later. Josh was working remotely for a company also based in the Bay.

We hung out and stayed in contact when I moved. After FaceTiming almost daily for about a month, Josh came and visited me in California because he conveniently had a work meeting. He stayed with me and we hung out all weekend!

Josh invited me to come visit his family while they were on vacation at Lake Tahoe. At this point I knew things were at least semi-serious because his family informed me I was the first of Josh's friends they'd ever met.

I came and visited Utah over Josh's birthday and he met my family!

Josh decided to move to California to be closer to me and to work. Best decision ever.

Ever since Josh moved, we've been traveling, working, making dinner, golfing, playing tennis, and trying to spend most of our time outside enjoying the California weather.

After dating for a while, we decided we wanted to date forever and Josh proposed (:
